3D Printer
3D Printer is a CNC Machine that only prints and therefore is much lighter. Eventually I hope to combine the two into a 3D Printer/CNC Machine.
Collapsible 3D Printer / CNC
This is the primary 3D Printer that can double over as a simple cnc machine with a rotary tool and flexible shaft.
It will be collapsible to make it easier to transport.
It is opensource and all files as well as features are below.

Electronics: Arduino with Ramps with a TMZ 2300 stepper drivers with a LCD screen and a SD Card reader.
Frame: using 25.4mm x 25.4mm aluminum square extrusions and plastic parts and M5 bolts with drilled and tapped holes to hold it together.
Mechanics: Stepper motors 4x NEMA 17s (not including the extruder) and roller bearings as well as the square tubes and plastic parts for the rails. Pulleys and idlers and belts.
Tool Heads: Any extruder and Hotend (I would recommend looking at e3d). For CNC any rotary tool and flex shaft (I would recommend looking at the dremmel 9100)
Electrical: Power Supply, Heated Bed (optional but should be big enough and perform well enough), Look into battery if we could get anything to work of interest is Al-air batteries, should have 2 kwh of energy and 250 watts of power.
Over time more and more of the parts would be made in within the system.
